MOQ depends on the form factor, chemistry and whether you need custom OEM labeling. Send your target models and quantity in an RFQ and we will confirm the MOQ and price.
Yes. We supply cells under your own brand with custom wrap, printing, capacity binning and packaging. For OEM orders we can also arrange certificates listing your brand.
UN38.3 test summaries and MSDS/SDS travel with every cell. Cell-safety certificates (CCC, CB, BIS, PSE) are manufacturer-issued per model, and CE / RoHS compliance files are available. Full files are shared after a qualified RFQ.
Lead time depends on quantity, chemistry and whether the order is OEM. As a baseline, the cell production cycle on our partner factory lines is 25–28 days from electrode processing to packed cells. We confirm an exact lead time together with your quotation.
Every cell passes 100% voltage and internal-resistance inspection. Batches are aged for 6 days at 45°C plus several days at room temperature before grading, then matched to ≤40mAh capacity difference, ≤5–10mV voltage difference and ≤3mΩ internal-resistance difference. Shipments also undergo a one-hour transport-vibration simulation before release.
Bank transfer (T/T) is the standard for production orders; PayPal is available for smaller amounts such as samples. Exact terms are confirmed with your quotation.
The suffix encodes the cell type: D = drive (high-power discharge), E = energy storage (long cycle life), P = high C-rate, C = 3C digital devices, T = ultra-high-rate drone cells, MF = high-safety LMFP-blend cathode, PL = low-temperature. The number encodes capacity (e.g. -50 = 5000mAh).
