32700 lithium cell — Ø32 × 70 mm cylindrical cell

The 32700 (Ø32 × 70 mm) is the workhorse large-format cell for deep-cycle storage. In LiFePO4 chemistry it is one of the most popular cells for solar, backup and off-grid systems thanks to its long cycle life, flat discharge curve and excellent thermal stability. We offer it in both NCM and LiFePO4, with rated capacities from roughly 6500 mAh to 13,000 mAh.

Why LiFePO4 for storage

LiFePO4 (prefix IFR) typically delivers thousands of cycles and tolerates deep discharge without damage, which lowers the cost per usable kWh over the life of the system — see our guide on LiFePO4 vs lead-acid. Choose NCM (prefix INR) only where energy density matters more than cycle life. The suffix marks the cell type. Full specs — weight, internal resistance, charge/discharge rates and cycle life — are in the table above and the datasheet.

Typical applications

The 32700 is built for energy-storage systems — home and commercial ESS, solar, telecom backup and off-grid. For higher capacity per cell, compare it with the 32750 and 4680.
